Inside, the comfortable living area features coastal decor, tile flooring, a flat-screen cable TV, and a full size sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors bring natural light and Gulf views into the condo, while the open dining area provides a convenient place for meals or games.

The updated, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a breakfast bar. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for a day by the beach or enjoy a relaxed dinner at the condo.

The bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, wood look LVP flooring, a flat-screen cable TV, and plenty of storage. The full bathroom includes a double sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. A full size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations.

The woman in the office was very welcoming and the condo was clean and very nice. A beautiful view, a lovely updated kitchen and bathroom with a large shower. My reason for giving a 4-star rating versus a 5-star was due to the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced. It was lumpy, hard, and creaky. My husband woke up with a back ache everyday. The beach towels were also very thin and did not resemble towels at all. Otherwise, a nice place but a bit pricey.

Overall, nice property, but likely better for older kids. We are a family traveling with a toddler and infant, and the property was pretty exhausting to navigate- our unit was on the 4th floor, with elevators being under maintenance 3 different times during our stay, requiring us to carry two strollers and two small children down several flights more times than I’d care to count. It also required two different codes, as long as a physical key for the various gates and doors throughout the property. Each gate and door required two hands to open; again, making it incredibly hard to navigate while holding small children. Overall, would come back to the area, but would likely find a different place to stay.

Perfect for couples

Condo was clean as advertised well stocked with appliances. The view was spectacular and we had great weather. The only drawback was the keys, the door lock was extremely difficult to open and definitely needs to be replaced. All in all I experience was good.

Absolutely gorgeous!

This unit is absolutely stunning and was perfect for the 3 of us. My son (9) had a blast and loved opening the doors and gates for us, with the codes. We loved the family atmosphere of the entire complex, nothing like a resort at all. We had a total of 12 traveling with us and it was so easy to get around to each unit and meet in the garage or at the beach. We had a great vacation and would highly consider this unit again if we planned to visit the area again.

Roomy with nice amenities and ocean view

The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo was spacious and clean. The furniture was very nice, king bed was cozy, updated kitchen and bathroom. Only improvement needed is the front door locks need to be replaced. We had a difficult time locking the door and required a maintenance man to come and show me some "tips".
