Nestled within the TradeWinds Island Grand Resort, Bluegreen at Tradewinds guests have access to all on-site amenities including eleven food and beverage outlets, live entertainment at Sharktooth Tavern and five heated pools, hot tubs and a children's pool. Fine and casual dining, beach bars, spa and fitness center, tennis and nearly limitless beachfront recreation are also yours to enjoy.

TradeWinds Island Grand Resort offers plenty of opportunities for adult diversions and an extensive calendar of family activities. If you and your family enjoy watery fun in the sun, this is the resort for you. Parking:
On site parking. One vehicle per unit. Additional parking passes may be issued, based on availability and at a fee of $25 per day per vehicle. Luggage carts provided and bell service is available upon request. There is no parking available for over-sized vehicles, trailers, RVs, or boats.
Deposit required:
Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $150 Pre-Authorization for incidental charges. Bluegreen Owners are not required to pay the daily resort amenity fee. Bluegreen at TradeWinds does not participate in the Bluegreen Day-Use Program.
Construction:
Textile and furniture replacement to occur from September 2019 through February 2020. Special requests for unit placement cannot be accommodated during this time. In addition, our 1st and 3rd floor laundry will be closed until January 1st, due to renovations. There will be no laundry on site during this time.
Other notes:
No kitchen or laundry facilities in the units. However, laundry facilities are on the 3rd floor and there are endless dining options. Many units do not have a balcony. There are no units on ground level (first floor). No express check-in available. Upgrades Not Available.
St. Pete Beach and The TradeWinds are hosting Bike Fest from November 18 through 22, 2020. Featured events include free nightly beach concerts, free afternoon beach converts, poolside biker games, nightly bar crawls, and much more! Set up and clean up will take place a few days prior and after the event, respectively. Note: Trailers will not be allowed to park on property but may be parked at an offsite lot less than 1 mile away if available. Please be advised that this event is expected to bring crowds and more noise than usual.

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly apartment.
