The room was clean, well appointed, and in excellent shape. The staff was friendly and did a good job welcoming me. My one compliant is that the water for the sink and shower is treated and comes out as 'soft' water which prevents the soap from washing off easily when bathing or washing your hands. This one factor is a deal breaker for me and I will not re-book a room at a hotel for this reason alone. I understand that sometimes this water process is due to the water quality available in an area, but that is my honest feedback! Thanks

The tea an coco in the lobby was a very nice touch
I’m very picky when it comes to hotel stays. This is by far the best for the price m. Very clean very friendly. So comfy didn’t feel like a hotel stay felt like your right at home.
The room was better than I had expected and the bed was comfortable. We're planning a trip next year and will be gone about 3 or 4 months and we have decided that we only want to stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton every time we can!
Great room, however door for the bathroom was very unpleasant as it did not close, ventilation in the bathroom was poor. But overall room was clean and spacious.
