The pool is heated and enclosed.

Three Extra beds: Two queen memories foam floor mattresses and 1 Queen double tall air mattress. Bedding, Linens, and towels are provided for additional guests

Pool water evaporates quickly. PLEASE use the garden hose to maintain the water level above the surface skimmer. Failure to keep the water level above the skimmer will turn off the heater.  ***$100 fee for a pool company to turn the heater back on.  Please do not adjust any pool settings.

***$140 non-refundable pet fee. No pets on furniture or beds. (If pets must sit on the furniture, place a towel down to protect the fabric.) Leash your pet. Clean up after your pet during your stay.

***$200 fee for overflowing trash bins or trash excess left behind.  Garbage collection is Monday and Thursday, recycle on Wednesday.  Please put bins out the night before to avoid $200 fee.
