Miserable woman on check in desk. Mattress paper thin and kept up all morning by a man shouting next door. Walls must be as thick as the mattress!

I do not agree having to pay for WiFi and it is expensive price you ask . Food good .bed not comfortable but every were very clean .

Booked a double room but when I checked in it appeared I was situated on the 3rd floor which seemed to be a smoking floor. The smell of cigarette smoke was pervasive and disgusting. Stayed for 2 nights and it was ok for the price paid. Just avoid the 3rd floor if you’re a non-smoker.

Weekend in stoke.

While the overall stay was very pleasant, I accidentally left my phone charger in my room. I proceeded to call the hotel the same day to try to recover it. They asked me to call again the next day, I did. They then said they would call me back the next day. They didn't. I called the day after and was told they would call the day after again and when I called the day after that I was told the same. Noone ever resolved this issue and seemingly tried to avoid dealing with it, yet continued to lie to me about it.

get what you pay for

paid £29 and its worth £29. Location is tremendous but it is a very old and tired hotel. Its spoilt by tacky coloured posters everywhere. the rooms need updated but it was clean and did the job

Great value but you get what you pay for

The hotel is immediately opposite Stoke train station and close to the A500. The service was good. Great value evening meal - 3 courses for £7.50. The bedrooms are ok - very clean but my room was small, dark and very hot in the July heat. Overall great value though.

Dicht bij het station, en de Campus, maar voor vakantie geen aanrader.

Het is erg oud, de bedden waren oke, het was schoon, handdoeken werden iedere dag vervangen. Dame die me heeft ingecheckt was de enige die behulpzaam en service gericht was en erg aardig. Het is goed voor een weekend, omdat het dicht bij het station is en dicht bij de campus. Maar geen aanrader voor vakantie.
