The twin room was clean and fresh. Good big flat screen tv in the room, the beds were comfortable and that shower was really amazing! It was perfect for my daughter and I's 2 night visit for our trip to Alton Towers.

Good basic hotel

Pros: Good location
Cons: More pillows as only 1 per person
Location: We used to visit Alton Towers
Friendly staff greeting on arrival. Room clean and beds comfortable. Very quiet with no traffic noise. Would use again if in area, easy to get to Alton Towers.

Absolute joke

I stayed here first time, the only room they had and was so much noise outside the window... Room/ bathroomcovered in hair.. Id booked my second stay here before i went there, i couldnt cancel my second booking... And I certainly didnt attend i stayed somewhere else but id paided £40 for nothing, i wanted a refund but they said no... What a joke!! Avoid if possible

Over night stay before Manchester Dog Society Show.

The venue is ideal for the Staffordshire Show Ground and the fact that we are able to bring our 3 dogs is a bonus for us before the many dog shows that are held at the show ground. Excellent service and the close proximity of the disabled friendly room close to the foyer makes our stay a good one.

Beware

If you are travelling North on the motorway you need to go to the next junction and then double back in order to access the hotel. If you want to go North when you leave you have to go South to the junction and then North again. Otherwise clean and as you would expect. On second stay we had the room above the doors at the front of the hotel (Room 39 I think) and this was very noisy.
