The hotel was okay but due to the lift being broken and was not been fixed in the duration of our stay not to mention we were in the 5th floor.They could hve done something like offer their guests room in the lower part of the hotel. Also, sheets has not been changed and my partner was not happy about it. Though they managed to move us to another room but still in the 5th floor with no lift. Atleast the breakfast was good.

Disappointing Stay – Safety Concerns & Poor Facilities Unfortunately, our stay at this Holiday Inn was far from pleasant. On the first night, my wife almost burned herself in the shower due to a faulty tap that couldn’t regulate cold water properly an unacceptable safety hazard! We were moved to another room, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. On top of that, the hotel has only one small elevator, which is completely inadequate for the size of the building. Expect long waits, especially during peak hours. Overall, a disappointing experience. Would not recommend unless these serious issues are addressed.

Mostly no issues apart from 1of my group's room was on level 4 over looking the night club opposite with noisy revellers shouting and swearing to 5 in the morning. Rooms comfortable, breakfast excellent, staff polite .

Nice City Centre venue

Great check in . Managed to change to a double bed with no issues. Bit of building worjk on the 1st floor Breakfast was really good and fresh with lots of choice Roome warm clean and cosy Would stay again Great value for money
