Very tricky to get parked as the pull in outside was cordoned off by the hotel. The actual parking is behind and below the hotel. The bed was lovely but the bathroom was not so clean and shower drain blocked. Staff lovely and friendly

The lift was a little temperamental, and wouldn't go down on one occasion, and one of the coffee machines was out of order at breakfast. Apart from that, the only real disappointment was the breakfast itself, which was low budget to say the least. The two staff on duty looked like they were overworked most of the time. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff very polite and helpful.

Shower was amazing and the sink in bathroom was a little slow draining. But overall was ok. Rooms were clean but lack of lighting was unfortunate. Breakfast was a plus! And one particular staff member was insanely quick to make sure tables were clean and dishes were collected! Kept having issues with key cards but staff were super friendly and quick to help!
