Convenient location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was newly renovated and fresh but overall the hotel is very old and in need of modernisation.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Had to wait for cooked options to come out. Then it would run out again and we had to wait. For an all you can eat breakfast feel they should keep on top of filling the breakfast. Had to ask for cereals to be topped up also.

The staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful .The service here is excellent and food is also very delicious. “I can’t say enough good things about the chef cliff.He truly cares about their guests . Bravo!

Awful do not recommend

Awful stay this has to be the worst holiday inn I have ever encountered. Smallest bathroom ever. Grubby room limescale all over kettle phone not working reported and not fixed over my three day stay tv channels limited no itv?? Staff were not bothered and hardly on the desk. Bar staff didn't know what a shandy was? Pool dangerously overcrowded. Locked out of my room faulty key card
