The place is fairly new but poorly maintained. The room was dirty and the sink was completely clogged. They changed us to a different room but it was dirty too with hair on the bed and everywhere. They have no bathroom door but don’t think it’s an issue. We requested a hot plate and they brought us a disgusting hot plate covered in grime and dirt. Apparently they don’t take paying guests too seriously. Instead of offering to clean, the manager TJ said the cleaner will come talk with us. We had no time for their trouble and so we had to check out early. Definitely an inconvenience but we were able to find a clean hotel with crisp sheets and serious minded staff. We will not be booking any home2suites ever again.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as expected. The first room we were given had a door that would not close properly from the inside, which was a serious safety issue. We were then moved to another room, but that one also had problems. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the water faucet did not work properly. When taking a shower, the temperature control did not function correctly — the water would suddenly become very hot on its own, and we had to hold the handle manually to prevent it from overheating. In reality, we only managed to enjoy one day of our stay and had to leave earlier than planned because of these issues.
