We had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and polite. We had a small glitch in the evening but it was rectified immediately, and we were upgraded to a better room. The service of all staff was impeccable.

Property was well looked after on stunning grounds. Rooms were clean and had everything required. Staff were extremely good and professional. Food was also very good. Sufficient parking was also provided and in a perfect location to Truro City Centre.

I felt welcome; nothing was too much trouble;staff wanted to boost hotel's rating and did this effectively.There was good chef, who had made sure that his ingredients were well sourced, and imaginatively, he had concocted a good menu., suitable to the area with plenty of cornish crab, and other sea foods. The taste of the food was delightful. The chef seemed to take a lot of pride in his job. Otherwise the stair -carpet could have done with being cleaned, or replaced, but my room was well appointed, and the modern bathroom appliances were excellent.
