Seagrass is a bright, spacious architect designed family and pet friendly holiday home that enjoys superb views of the English Channel from an elevated position in Ventnor.

Step into the open-plan living, kitchen and dining space and you’re immediately struck by a breathtaking 180-degree sea view. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. In the lounge there is a Smart TV with Netflix and a Sound Bar with Bluetooth and Blu Ray Player to keep the family fully entertained.
There are even binoculars for ship-spotting and maps to help you get around the Island. There are two modern bedrooms with picture windows one with a king and one with zip and link beds which are set up as twins (please send a request at time of booking if you require the twins made up as kingsize) and two stylish bathrooms (one en-suite).
Once outside there are three outdoor spaces to choose from; the private, sea-facing, landscaped lawned garden with BBQ which is enclosed and safe for children and pets as well as a separate terrace with a brand new 4 person hot tub, or the decking which extends from the living room, facing south for day-long sunshine!

A charge applies for the hot tub (and must be requested at the time of booking). For short stays of 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights we kindly request £100 and for stays of 7 nights or more the charge is £150 which we will collect via Stripe.

There are two private parking spaces as well as an EV charging point at no additional charge.

A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome too.

There is a welcome hamper stocked with locally-sourced products which are grown and made on the Isle of Wight.

The property will be available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10 am.

The property is equipped with everything you will need, including utilities, bed linen and towels.

Seagrass offers a selection of baby equipment - making it perfect for families.
