Spacious clean room with everything we needed. Lovely warm, clean pool. Our room unfortunately was not made up while we were there, bins not emptied, bathroom not restocked. In house dining options limited especially for children. Pity only scrambled eggs offered with breakfast other options need to be paid for.

All the staff we interacted with were brilliant. Front desk, bar and restaurant, and the spa. Could not have been friendlier, or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. But Zara on front desk was exceptional. She made us so welcome, and on discovering details about our reservation were not on their record, organised a card and gifts to make our celebration that much more special. The grounds and spa are great. Our room was excellent.

Comfy clean rooms, friendly staff from the moment you enter the hotel grounds, ambience and excellent breakfast with a variety to suit all dietary needs. As a family of 4 we all equally loved our short stay, swimming pool was also at a very nice temperature, we cant wait to stay again soon.

We attend an excellent private event in the evening. The communal rooms were architecturally interesting & well decorated. Our room had a very comfortable bed, but missed the little comfort features on the Tea & Coffee tray which was a little disappointing. The corridors needed a little TLC & the service at breakfast was a bit disorganised.
