Andy the manager was really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He knowledgeable about the history of the property and was very welcoming as were the other members of staff. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Will definitely return

Good choice for a stopover.

Pros: On our route south. Good size room and comfortable beds
Good choice for breakfast. Home cooked evening meals.

Nice enough. Fair price. Good if you like social life with late licence bar on the sat. Not if looking for a quiet sat night.
