There was no hot water the next day! Very disappointed in that but other than that staff were very accommodating and friendly

Great set up and location. Accommodated out big group nicely and even allowed us to use a meeting room for our group breakfast.

Lovely message in the room key card - puts a smile on my face, thank you. Awful parking control - you MUST get your car reg right!! Not like the other systems I am used to where you give part of your reg and it shows you what it has recorded recently which matches or nearly matches your. SOOOO much easier and less likely to result in hassle from the car parking enforcers who are known to be high on the hassle front!
