Great location - very welcoming.

We were late returning every night but forward ordered or tea and it was there waiting for us on our return. Fabulous - thank you x

Overpriced hotel

Pros: Location - close to place I needed to be Close to train station
Cons: Rooms are old and tired. They urgently need to be refurbished from scratch. Paintwork is old and flaky especially the wood paint Bathtub plug is a battle in itself to figure out how it works and you need to plunge your hand in a bathtub full of dirty water to unplug it Restaurant menu very limited for vegetarian/vegan Breakfast menu also limited for vegetarian/vegan Service is quite slow with the exception of one staff named Ana who goes above and beyond to help customers enjoy their stay. Kudos to Ana! The gym is a tiny room with one treadmill and one cycle and 5 dumbells. I have more equipment in my home gym!
Location: Location is close to station and Warwick Technology Park However there is nothing else to do there and location is somewhat isolated in that respect

evening out

I stayed over at the hotel with some friends. We booked 2 family rooms for the six of us. The room was clean and was big enough for 3 for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close enough to the centre of Leamington and a great bargain. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
