This was a business stop over. The car park bays are a bit on the narrow side. The foyer is uninviting. This isnt a criticism but I stayed Saturday night and it was very busy with late night bars directly opposite the entrance and there was plent overspill onto the outside areas on the footpath.

Nice rooms. A bit noisy from the pubs close by. Hotel has parking and a good restaurant.

Thought there was no tea and coffee in room because of COVID but not when we stayed in premiere inn the following week tea and coffee was in the room as usual

This was due to Covid but regulations relaxed so we have reverted back to it being in rooms again now.

Staff were so friendly and bent over backwards to help you even though they were very busy. Room bright and clean, excellent breakfasts.

NICE HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION!

Pros: Old fashion charm and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Hotel needs an overall. Furniture is worn out. Maintenance checks should be carried out before a room is let to make sure everything is working.
Location: Two minutes walk from the beach and pier. Shopping center across the road.
This is a lovely hotel very near the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel needs updating! Furniture a little worn out. Housekeeping was very good and rooms were kept very clean. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Thank you.

Nice views of weston beach and friendly staff

Pros: Sea views
Cons: sound proofing in rooms, cleaner rooms
Location: sea side town so lots to do.
The hotel had nice views and good parking, but I must have chosen a bad day to stay there as it was very noisy until about midnight (after investigation it looks like we were above the bar, and it has music every friday until 11.30pm)... The room could have been a bit cleaner, there was what looked like mould on the grouting in the bathroom and slightly dirty sheets. When trying to leave we had to stand around to checkout as there was nobody manning the reception area at the time.
