The hotel was good but the windows not shutting properly so was noisy, on arrival they couldn't find our details and booking, on the second day they told us breakfast is not included and it was included wasn't very nice.

Not sufficient towels and cups for our booking. This, however, was quickly remedied by a very helpful member of staff. Family rooms need separate beds for older children or ‘sofa beds’ that can be made into 2 separate beds as in other chain hotels.

Decent place to stay, sadly though on the hottest day of the year it was unbearably hot in our room, making sleep impossible. I’ll still go back on another occasion though as on a previous stay it was very comfortable

Stayed with a pet so excellent area for him to have a run. Situated in the services so plenty of choice for a quick meal/snack. Pity the extractor fan was not working in bathroom. The twin room was big enough to accommodate pet crate for sleeping.
