This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.

The property is in extensive grounds which are great for walking and bird-watching (we saw a Red Kite flying around the woods) The service was very attentive without being too much. The dining choices were excellent. The only slight issue was the cooked breakfast on Sunday was cold (not an issue on Friday or Saturday morning.) Overall, we'd be very happy to recommend this place to you and we'll be back soon.

Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character.
