Its a strange one. The hotel is lovely,the rooms clean, plenty of facilites....but. 1. Having to pay for parking is a strange one, its literally located in an industrial estate. 2. Have to pay to use spa facilites. ( Pool,jacuzzi stc ) 3. Different departments have varied customer service quality. All bar and restaurant staff were faultless but reception staff are shocking. I'd normally not be so critical but this is a medium / high cost hotel and I'd expect more.

Thankyou for your feedback. Our car park is managed by a third party company unfortunately due to our location our car park was being abused by local offices and local attractions and leaving no space for our guests who were then having to find alternative spaces off site and away from the hotel. We have negotiated special rates with the provider and have not had issues since this has been in place. The spa facilities are an extra charge if not on a spa break as they are very much there to compliments treatments booked. We pride ourselves on our hospitality and I am sorry reception did not afford you the welcome you would expect we will share this with them so they can improve. I hope we can see you back again and may we wish you a Happy new Year.

Ok hotel

Pros: Lady who did my manicure and room size
Cons: Facilities for kids e.g. Mini pool or allow in treatment area with parents
Reception staff made me feel like I was bothering them, except for the guys who were cheerful and helpful. I had planned a surprise for my husband with the hotel and guess what surprise was lovely but room had not been made by 12:30 despite the please do up room sign left at 10:30 and thus ruined the surprise as environment was not as unexpected

Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased your husband enjoyed his surprise. Thank you for placing the make up my room card on your door, at the weekend due to the high occupancy housekeeping take priority on departure rooms to ensure the arrivals rooms are ready and the stay rooms are completed in the afternoon, however reception would have been happy to let housekeeping know if your room being ready in the morning was key to the surprise you planned, please do let us know next time. Our spa area is an adults only area with the hot tub there to compliment treatments booked and I am sorry your children were unable to use this. This is all outlined on our website and I am sorry that we don't have a pool for them to use. I hope that you may consider using us again in the future.

Great Hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: A bit cheaper would be nice
Location: Was there for business so not relevant.
Expensive for one night but the room was clean and comfortable. As expected really.

Very good business hotel, only downside is once you arrive there are no possibility to walk to other bars/Resturant's. That said we used the Brasserie which was excellent.

Thank you for choosing Brooklands and we are pleased you also enjoyed dinner in 1907. Our location is very unique on the old Brooklands track and next to the new MBW track however restaurants and bars can be accessed easily by a short taxi ride.
