We had a short overnight stay before leaving early the next morning. The room was nice and spacious and clean and the swimming pool was really good. The TV wasn’t working properly despite using different wifi sources. The guests we had in room 241 in the Britannia Airport Inn were awful. They were loud, swearing and clearly having a domestic at 21:00 12/12/25 again at 03:00 on the morning of the 13/12/25.

The hotel was dated and in need of a refurb but everything was clean, comfortable and worked. We were impressed by the gym, enjoyed the breakfast and slept well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend and visit again. Down sides were that people were up early to catch flights and it was quite noisy for a while. Also we found travelling to Etihad Stadium expensive.

Best quality is being near the airport

Rooms are small, temperature control on the shower in my room did not work at all. Cleanliness was subpar. Airport shuttle was quite nice, very comfortable and arrived on time.
