Over night stay

Pros: The room the staff the food
Cons: NOTHING
Location: N/A
My wife and I had a room at the Lodge ,when we arrived the person on reception greeted us with a smile and booked us in and could not do enough for us ,we needed a taxi for 6-30 No problem he said and had a taxi ready for us at 6-30 and one booked for return at 12.We were treated like royalty both in the lodge and in the restaurant looking forward to staying again MANY THANK TO ALL THE STAFF David and Maureen Furness.

Comfortable room but noisy outside at night.

Pros: Its location away from the airport but near enough to get there easily.
Cons: The management should close the outside seating area at 11pm when there are guests staying in the rooms overlooking the courtyard.
One complaint about the room - only one chair between two occupants. Comfortable bed. The stay was spoiled by a group of noisy people in the outdoor seating area between the pub and the hotel. I rang reception but as there was no reply I eventually got out of bed to politely ask the group to quieten down. They apologised but carried on until 1.15am, which was particularly annoying as my wife and I had an early flight to catch in the morning. We therefore had very little sleep.

Great find

Loved this hotel, would definitely book it again, reasonably priced with a lovely pub net door. Lots of choice for food and live music all weekend. Bathroom was a little dated but the shower was amazing!
