Good breakfast and comfortable room. However very tired property indeed of brightening up. A long way by car from Woodbridge so not convenient if your intention is to spend time in the town of Woodbridge.

The property and room we stayed in was very charming. The historic elements of the house were well preserved and interesting to occupy. The hosts were very friendly and amenable, even when we struggled to open the main door and they had to come let us in quite late. The breakfast room was nicely laid out in the morning and they had hot and cold options. We would stay there again if we were in the area.
