Nice rooms and polite staff, great value for money. The parking is an extra £10, which isn’t exactly fair if you ask me. The local area has lots of pubs and places to eat.

Nice but noisy.

Had a good overnight stay. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were courteous and pleasant. Room was clean . Only problem was the outside noise which kept us awake.Sea gulls skreaching all night Load road sweeper from 5.30. The room needs to block out the noise or the guests need supplying with ear plugs !

A cold reception and not equiped for warm weather

Our check-in experience was well below expectations; we arrived around midday and we knew check-in wasn't until 3pm, however, the first person we met bascially dismissed us. She didn't take our names, therefore, didn't even bother to check if our room could possibly be ready, nor suggest a time other than 3pm. She didn't ask if we had bags we wanted to leave with them, didn't suggest we could use the facilities (pool) ahead of checking in. Just wasn't interested in being helpful at all - it was funny as she was having a performance review in the lobby area later in the day and we were tempted to provide some feedback to her manager but rose above it. So, first impressions were not good. However, all other members of staff were better. Breakfast was great. Worst part was the temperature in the room. No air con, a tiny little fan which squeaked as it rotated and moved the hot air around, window that only opened two inches. We actually asked about air con before we went to the room; the answer was no, they did have a few rooms but not as standard but it should be OK as the curtains have been drawn and there is a fan. Well it wasn't OK - it was probably the hottest two nights in a hotel in my life. It was so oppressive - no escape! We did not sleep well because of this. I also struggled to get the shower temperature to anything other than scolding - very frustrating! Needless to say, I will not be going back any time soon.

Great stay in Worcester

Staff were lovely. Breakfast good -check the additional menu which you can order extras other than food on hot plate.Doublr room was big and clean - comfortable. One nights. There were many birds squawking outside which interrupted sleep. I booked Asda parking - £10 for 2 whole days as hotel 10 per night was first come first served which would have been a concern. Recommend.

Nice friendly hotel big room nice shower would be good if it had Aircon but fan in room did the job breakfast was very good would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Great hotel in good position for all around. Clean, comfortable bed. Good choice breakfast.bedroom decor lovely. Bathroom dated but good supply of hot water and towels
