Lovely staff but seems there are sometraining needed. On arrival staff were friendly but room given was not cleaned as all rubbish was left in the bins and on the table but allocated to us picked up room phone and realised it was not working. I contacted reception via own mobile who gave us another room. Breakfast was reasonable and staff was really hard working to keep us happy.

One of our favourate hotel in blackpool. Location very good. Staff very friendly. Small things which needs looking at. Phone to contact reception did not work. Kettle in the room not clean. Single chair had long hair on it ( in the current climate). Fan blade was touching cover when fwitched on and was making loud noise in the room. No locks on the room door inside very rarely seen that. We have been coming to this hotel for years but facilities are not upto the standars anymore. When hotels are charging upto £150 p/n Rooms should be in reasonable condition. Hope next visit would be better.

Fairly modern hotel, good sized comfortable rooms and clean with good size en-suite, sadly let down by the tiny shower. Good food at reasonable prices is available and breakfast was buffet style and good. staff were helpful and friendly, there was plenty of free parking around the hotel, with tram and bus stops just across the road. 3 star rating.

Dissapointing stay. Chsrge of 15 pound to use the hotel car park. Room was average cleanliness, filthy on window sills and no enamel on toilet. There was a wedding on so they had use of the function room. Therefore entertainment was in the dining room. The food we ate at night was horrendous. 40 min wait and jot even busy. Kids were crying with hunger. Hair in childs meal, cheeseburger with no cheese, forgotten items of my meal. They did knock money off the bill. I felt sorry for the people who had reserved a table from 8.30 as the bingo caller was stood over them with a microphone. Thd only positive was thst breakfast was a good selection. Never would i stay again.

Was a fab hotel. Only down fall. There was a wedding on and never got told. So was stuck in the eating area at night

Friendliness of staff always willing to help. Dislike of antiquated lift to third floor which did'nt always work properly. Limited parking was a problem as I have mobility issues.

Nice hotel, lifts extremely small we had a pram and could only fit this in, had to carry the cases upstairs Our fsmily room was directly above the bar and extremely noisy, walls paper thin could hear everything. The hotel was very clean and the food was very nice.
