Amazing Hyatt stay

The night manager, Mark, went above and beyond to accommodate parking for our truck and trailer with jet skis, which we had driven down from Maine. He was incredibly kind and resourceful. The hotel is beautiful and the location absolutely perfect.

There was a kitchen fire in the kitchen in the restaurant below the hotel the night before arrival, and the entire floor smelled like burnt plastic They should have notified us.

There was fire at the property and everyone has to be evacuated but that wasn't the issue. The issue was not being able to stay there the night and then when i got back the next day before check out, my room was already cleaned and I lost half of my stuff ....

Everything was what my wife and I expected to be. Clean, easy entrance and exiting. Easy walking distance to most anything we want. Well lit and the feeling of being safe in the city of Boca Raton. We will be back the next time we are in your area.
