The Space:
Cape Coral Sunset Paradise is one of our largest vacation rentals on South Florida's West Coast, a 2,600+ sq ft dream villa located on one of the area's most gorgeous and peaceful canals. This stunner will charm and delight you and is the perfect vacation getaway for groups of up to 6, family and friends.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are spread out for privacy, while the common spaces come together in a comfortable and social “Great Room” layout. Vaulted ceilings, luxurious tile flooring, and designer architectural touches indulge the senses. The family entertainment room is wonderful for gathering together, with theater-style seating and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to make meals easy. There is also a formal living room, a formal dining room with seating for 6, and a breakfast nook that looks out over the water. Wireless Internet is included.

The master bedroom occupies its own wing and includes a king-size bed, a lovely and huge master bathroom with a spa tub, and access to the pool. On the other side, two bedrooms which have king-size beds. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV.

The backyard is screened-in and lavish, with a heated pool, a spa, and a pool table. Enjoy meals outdoors at the alfresco dining table, sunbathe on the loungers, or enjoy time together in the comfortably furnished entertaining area. A grassy area is suitable for play. The private dock includes a boat lift and the view is AMAZING: the back faces west and overlooks a wide canal, which makes for drop-dead gorgeous sunsets, starry skies, and tranquil views of boats idly floating by.

Visitors covet Cape Coral as a vacation destination for its beautiful sandy beaches, golf courses, family water park, and the canal access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Pine Island Sound Aquatic Preserve and the barrier islands Sanibel and Captiva are relaxation playgrounds that offer sunbathing, parasailing, boat rentals, fishing, kayaking, ocean sightseeing and dolphin watching, scuba & snorkeling, and more. The islands also host resort amenities, fine dining, bars, and entertainment – South Florida is where the sun & fun action is!

1) As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older.
2) Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following:
a) The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and age s of all occupants (this will be emailed to you).
b) The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport.
3) No special events or parties are allowed without prior consent from iRenta

This villa offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. Public spaces have free WiFi.
