If you like hot showers & water pressure STAY AWAY

Just a really crappy hotel. People making noise outside until 3 am. Front desk wont do anything about it. Parking lot is crazy tight. No room to maneuver truck or SUV. Luke warm water. Horrible water pressure. Checked out a day early because I couldnt stand to stay another night. Hotel refused to refund the night that I did not stay. You can find a much better hotel in the area for the price.

Horrible stay

The hotel lacks customer service, upkeep and maintenance as well as cleaning.
Every morning while at breakfast I could never find an empty trash can to put the garbage they were all always full.

There was not enough parking to accommodate, we had to park across the street. The bathroom water was warm, the pressure terrible, the toilet had issues flushing. Breakfast was the same thing every morning, was warm just not good quality at all. Dogs barking all hours of the night.

We checked in online and when arriving on site to get our room, our room was given away to another guest. We were given keys to a room with guests already inside. The second room we were given was FILTHY. Stains on the blankets. The pull out couch was broken. No extra blankets or sheets provided. It was absolutely disgusting. We paid for “ocean view” and certain didn’t get that after they gave our room away to someone else.

First off. I tried to call early to request a double bed on the first floor was on the phone for 30 minutes without even speaking with anyone. Didn’t bother to see if anyone would eventually answer. Waited until we arrived. I did get a two bed room without speaking to anyone. But besides the beautiful ocean view this was a dud and terrible ending to our vacation. The fan in the shower didn’t work. The tv remotes didn’t work. The outlets on the bed didn’t work. Our door barely shut. My daughter’s bed was so creaky she had to sleep with my boyfriend and I. She also found the Bible in the room with a very inappropriate message on a page. The alarm in the room went off without request extremely early. Wasn’t able to fall back asleep. Will NEVER stay here again and will never refer anyone I know to this hotel.
