With panoramic views available from almost every room, you can unwind in the comfort of your living room or family room equipped with cozy sofa couches and smart TVs for all your entertainment needs. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, allowing you to share every moment with friends and family.
Luxurious Accommodations:
The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, personal smart TV, and a private bathroom featuring a luxurious roman tub and walk-in shower. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors grant you private access to the pool and canal waterway. The second and third guest bedrooms both offer queen-sized beds and smart TVs, while the third bedroom has a private exit outside. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring twin bunk beds that sleep four, along with its own private bathroom and dresser for added storage.
Heated Pool and Outdoor Fun:
Enjoy year-round swimming in the stunning heated pool, with an option to have it heated for an additional fee of $287 per week or $200 for multiple-week stays. Bring your furry companions along—pets are welcome for just $100 per pet + tax. Ensure you notify us in advance if you plan to bring your pet so we can prepare for your arrival.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Car is definitely recommended. Lots of biking trails in the area.
Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
