3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms unfold in a large space that provides plenty of room to explore, or find privacy. Both living room and family room include a large flatscreen television and comfortable seating.

The master bedroom is located on its own side of the house and has French doors that open onto the pool. It includes a king-size bed and a spacious master bathroom. All bedrooms are attractively decorated and include a flatscreen television.

Atlantic Avenue is the epicenter of the “Delray Beach scene” and it's a lovely bike ride (4 comfortable beach cruisers are located in the garage) or short trip away via the friendly free local shuttle service called The Downtowner just tip the driver $5. There you can enjoy the place Rand McNally and USA TODAY named “America's Most Fun Small Town!” including art galleries and trendy shops, many restaurants and bars, nighttime entertainment, and more.
