Hotel never responded to hotels.com to provide a confirmation so when I arrived I could not check in. I had to call hotels.com and it took over 1 hour to resolve. Then they had me checking out 1 day prior to my resevation so that was another 45 minutes to resolve. The maid knocked on our door 9 am on a sunday and woke us up. It was OK but I would not stay here again,

The hotel was beautiful. However, we were paying a resort fee of about $45 per room and the bars were closed because they don't have a lot of turnover of hotel guests. We don't feel paying a resort fee is fair if the facilities will be closed. There is a bar downstairs that was closed all the time we were there. There was also a rooftop bar and restaurant that was closed both times we tried to go, even though we went during open hours. Additionally, there is no full breakfast buffet. There is a small cafe with some coffee and a few breakfast items. When we got there, there was a small line of people waiting, and the counter was unmanned. The employee was in the back somewhere. We waited a while. No one came out, so we left to go get breakfast elsewhere. Additionally, the balcony we got was on a side street. The view wasn't that great and it was always facing the hot sun, so even though we paid extra for a balcony, we never used it. Apparently, in order to get the front balcony, you need to pay for the "grove balcony". We didn't understand that the grove meant the front street. When booking, we thought the grove meant a courtyard in the back with a special garden view. My room was making a ticking noise when I arrived. I called the front desk and they sent someone to take a look. Apparently, the air conditioning had a leak. Also, when he pulled the front screen, a lot of dust flew out from a heavily unclean air conditioning filter.

Friendly staff, kept rooms clean, I enjoy the beach access to the lounge chair as well as the bag with accessories. Loved the gym got some good workouts in. Overall the area is quiet with walkable restaurants with good food and cute little shops for shopping.

Staff is always friendly have stayed here twice and having a beach shuttle was that extra little touch All 3 restaurants on the property fall into the top 5 restaurants of Delray The outdoor pool ambiance is also a different level then most hotels in the area Definitely will be coming back

One of my favorite boutique hotels

This hotel is amazing. And if you get one of the rooms that has a balcony looking over the grove, they have cool little rocking chairs. It’s very spacious. The rooms are amazing with a shower that you could see through to the room. Perfectly modernly updated no carpet. I love this hotel one of my favorites. This only lets me add photos unfortunately these are the only photos I have there’s a sushi place connected next-door, which is amazing but here’s the rocking chair. I’m obsessed with if I could add Video I would.
