This property is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin with in walking distance to shopping and some of Destin's best restaurants. This property is just a short drive to the Track Amusement Park and Big Kahunas Water Park. The Coral Reef Club is a quaint three story condominium complex that features a pool, shuffleboard, and charcoal grills. The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. The 1 bedroom unit with a loft is 1180 sq. ft. has just been newly renovated and with a private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. The main floor master bedroom contains a king size bed and there are 2 bunk beds in the hallway. The upstairs loft features one king size bed and a trundle bed in a separate bedroom. The unit has updated furnishings, 2 full bathrooms and one half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.
