Beautiful property with terrible management company.

The location and property were beautiful. The property management company was terrible. We had a major gas leak smell that filled the whole unit. The maintenance guy was rude and blamed us. Thankfully the gas company came and found major issues in our unit.

We loved our stay at this property! The proximity to the beach and beach service was so helpful. We have stayed at multiple vrbo’s over the years and this is one I would definitely reserve again! My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing week at this condo. The condo itself was beautiful and the views of the ocean were absolutely stunning. We definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to be right on the ocean and in a smaller complex that is quiet and nicely maintained.

This is a wonderful smaller scale property but the condo itself is ample. Love the balconies! It offers everything you need. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job and pest control needs to be checked often. The bedrooms need better mattresses, especially the ‘lesser’ rooms. However we love the location and the beach views!

Amazing views, private beachfront and pool, wonderful hospitality!!!!

This property was perfect for our family! The views and sounds of the ocean are amazing with plenty of balcony seating, a kitchen perfect for meals, big tables inside and out for mealtime and games, quiet places for respite and plenty of screens for movies (although we didn’t use them much). The corner unit felt very private, quiet and safe for littles. The hosts were responsive to every need and had great contacts for area adventures and even a family photographer recommendation! We loved the well maintained pool area and private cabanas set up for us everyday on the beach…with food and drink service offered on the beach! The area offers a large outdoor mall with an kiddie water feature and excellent grocery stores are within 1 mile (although summer humidity will make walking a challenge for those used to drier climates). It would be a dream to return someday. Thank you Louisa and Mark!

Beautiful vacation spot

The property could not have been better. It was very clean, beautiful views and great location. Loved having the chair service and umbrellas each day. Property was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved the black out shades ! It was a perfect spot for us and our friends, plenty of room for the 12 of us. There were 9 of us. 6 adults, 2- 7 & 8, 1 under 2. Plenty of room. bedrooms and bathrooms, nice laundry room, a bunk room small but fine for kids. 4 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view was to die for! great kitchen! Living room furniture was not comfortable and the floors were filthy! But overall I would recommend it highly! BW

Great location, breathtaking view. Just needs some TLC.

The host was gracious and allowed us to check in early when the villa was ready, as we had an early flight arrival with small children, and we really appreciated that. The villa was very spacious and had more than enough room to accommodate our family of 12. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed except for cleaning supplies. The location is great, and the very short walk to the absolutely beautiful beach was very helpful with the kiddos. I don’t like to give negative comments, however I have to be honest…. Our bare feet were black the very first night because even thought it isn’t visible, the floors were very dirty. There was no cleaning supplies at all provided, so I called for some cleaner and a mop and they had some spray cleaner and a microfiber swiffer type dust mop delivered that day. It was fine for a surface clean, however there was no way to lift the dirt with that type of mop. When we were checking out, I saw the same type of non dirt lifting mop in the cleaning lady’s cart. This explained why the floors are so dirty. Every day our feet were black. The two chairs in the living room were very stained and worn. One of the large windows in the living room had no blind or window covering of any kind, so we had no privacy in the main living space in the evenings. One of the bedroom doors didn’t lock and the walls need some painting. The host provided only one towel and washcloth per guest for the week so we had to constantly do laundry. There were absolutely no cleaning supplies whatsoever. The bed in the king suite sloped downward on one side so I had to sleep in the middle of the bed so I didn’t slide off. I just think for the price of this villa, the cleanliness, condition and accommodations should be a lot better. With all that said, if you’re looking for a spacious place right on the beach, and you’re not bothered by anything I’ve mentioned, then this is the perfect place!

Parking spaces are not meant for a 15 passenger van. Not able to get out when parking by wall. There should be dedicated parking for large vehicles. Overall, very satisfied with property.
