Great place

The place was just as described in the description on VRBO. It was clean and spacious, had a small view of the ocean. It was in walking distance to the ocean, just across the street. Very close to one of the pools and a hot tub. The restaurant on site was awesome, food was delicious just a bit pricey. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo walked a short distance to the beach. There are 5 pools which was cool. Beach was very clean and nice.

Destin trip

Over all the property was in good condition. The main bed was a little worn and sagging in the middle. Otherwise the condo was in a great location to the pool and the beach. We would definitely book it again..

Great Place to Stay

Super easy check-in. Me and my wife got there after 11 pm and we had no problem with security letting us onto the property and directing us to our condo. We dealt with Mrs. Francis when booking the property and all communications were with her. She was very nice and helpful with any information we needed. Condo was clean and there were plenty of towels and rags available and it was a short walk from the beach. Would stay again.

Great Vacation Spot

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we wanted including a par three golf course, fishing, restaurant on site, private beach access, snack bar, great proximity to 4th fireworks show, and walking distance from downtown Destin. The staff was very helpful, guards extremely cordial, and the condo had all the amenities we needed. We’ll definitely be back!
