Overall the property was great and very clean it felt like home away from home . The walkway to the beach was very close loved it .

Family Vacation

From the booking process to the check in process to the stay, it was all great. We never had communication with the property management company so I guess that was a good thing. The only things that I would have changed were the bunk bed mattresses were incredibly hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on and the television in the living room was extremely hard to watch because it would play a show for a few seconds then it would buffer. You could barely watch the tv. I know being on a beach vacation the intention is not to watch tv but at night while relaxing it would have been nice. Other than those 2 things, this was a perfect place for our family vacation and we would stay here again.

Detailed review

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and serene. The pools are nice and thankfully there are enough of them so they aren't crowded. The condo was super clean and I never saw a single bug. There are plenty of blankets. There is even closet space to hang clothes (most places I've stayed only have dressers and the closets are reserved for owners). The pull out couch was comfortable. There were some downsides. The condo is not a one minute walk to the beach. It was more like 3 and you have to cross a road. We had small children so we ended up driving. The patio furniture was awful and not even usable. It was so rusted a leg was missing on the table, and another was taped on with electrical tape. The dining table inside wasn't much better. They definitely need two new dining sets. The mattress in the bedroom had a foam topper which helped, but it folds you like a taco into the middle of the bed. I like my husband,so not too big of a deal. They do however need black out curtains in that bedroom. It's super bright in the morning so no sleeping in. The water pressure was good for showering. They need to put extra trash cans and trash bags in the condo. Frustrating because we ran out on check out day, but the exchange that gives more doesn't open until an hour before you're supposed to leave. The dryer is terrible. I dried one load 4 times and they still weren't dry. The decor in the living room is terrible- way too much mismatched stuff.

Me and my family were told at the laminate before leaving for the property that the unit # had been changed due to leaking above, however when we arrived we had to wait outside the new unit for 20-30 min in the cold outside due to the code not working that we were given for the new unit. Then when we got in the unit was not comparable to the previous unit we actually confirmed, as it did not have the sleeping options we requested to accommodate our family. I was told that for customer service recovery that they would look into a discount on my rental bill due to the inadequacies with the situation and that they would get back to me, but I have been checked out for a week and heard nothing back. Disappointed...

loved this condo! it being the bottom floor definitely made things easier for us knowing we had a lot of things for our family. condo very close to the beach. loved the gated community, awesome amenities! would stay here again!

Last minute family vacation

We booked this resort less than a week before we arrived. This place was exactly what was advertised or better. It was just across the street (Very easy walk to beach) and also on the harbor. You could see boats from the harbor from the back patio. My mother stayed there the whole trip. LOL I look forward to returning to this unit VERY Soon and would like the owner to contact us directly about renting if they do that. LOVED THIS PLACE!
