The front home offers ground level entry with keypad check-in into the two bedroom home. You'll walk into a spacious living area to the left, and a full kitchen with breakfast bar island seating to the right.
The kitchen offers full sized appliances, dishes, cookware, Keurig, and a nice open feel. Right off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a stand up shower.
The first bedroom offers a queen sized bed, SmartTV, and closet space. Our second bedroom has two twin bunk beds, a SmartTV, and closet space. Entry to the home can be from the front near the gravel area, or right off the side into the driveway.
Where your friends and family will make the most memories lies directly between the two homes. The breathtaking pool & spillover spa, spacious coastal porches with ample seating to kick back and relax on, and the grill area (a Weber grill with propane provided) will be calling your name from the minute you arrive! We know you'll be dreaming about this space for years to come after you've spent some of your best moments here.
The back home boasts great natural lighting as you use keyless entry into the spacious living room. To the left is a King bedroom with an additional porch exit, a walk in closet, and access to a full bath with a jetted tub & shower combo.
The kitchen boasts a dining table, seating at the breakfast bar, full stainless appliances, dishes, cookware, and a FlexBrew coffee maker for regular brew & Keurig for coffee connoisseurs alike. The laundry room is conveniently located right off the kitchen area as well!
Down the hall you'll find the room your kids will be talking about forever-the TRIPLE stacked bunkroom, with 6 total twin beds!
The second floor is where many nights will be spent in the bonus game room relaxing on the oversized sleeper sofa, shooting hoops on the Pop-A-Shot basketball game, battling one another in Foosball, or playing a cool arcade version of Golden Tee! Additionally, right off the game room is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
So much natural light really highlights this space, inviting you onto the balcony for another seating area to kick back and listen to the kids splash in the pool below, with your beverage of choice in hand!
The last spacious bedroom boasts a King bed, and twin bunks. The en-suite bathroom has a large jetted tub & shower combo, his & her sinks, and a walk in closet.
Guest Access:

-The entire front 2 bedroom home and back 3 bedroom home is part of your rental, with no shared spaces with any other guests.
-The driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and the golf cart if rented.
-We recommend bringing additional supplies for your trip, as only a small amount of complimentary "hotel/travel size" items are provided, typically enough to get you through your first day (depending on your group size & length of stay). Items recommended to bring are: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, soap, specific spices, oils, plastic wrap/foil, sunscreen, aloe, and any other items that you can't live without.
-Beach Towels are provided, but no other beach items are stocked or guaranteed.
-Please read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!
-Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time with a check in of 4pm and a checkout of 10am the day of your departure. We do not permit early check-ins, or late check-outs unless previously discussed in advance as it is not always possible to accommodate them.
-Spring break/student groups (Any group under 25 years old) are permitted with prior permission. A $100 cash deposit is required & our student rules signed at agreed at check in. Inquire for questions.
-Parties and events are not permitted.
-We are pet friendly with a one time $200 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal (i.e. emotional support animals or pets) is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated at any time.
-Golf Cart Rentals & Pool/Spa heating are not included in your stay. Inquire for pricing for your trip!
The Neighborhood:
We're located right in the heart of Crystal Beach, some of the most beautiful beaches in the world-only a block away from the home! Shopping at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, restaurants, and entertainment are just a few minutes away.
Getting Around:
We highly recommend snagging a discounted golf cart rental for your stay! Our city also offers Uber & Lyft as well.
