The Space:

Soft coastal light and steady Gulf breezes set the rhythm of your stay on Holiday Isle. You’re just one house back from the sand, close enough to wander to the beach in moments or linger on the balcony as the water catches the light. Days unfold at an easy pace here, with room to gather, play, and unwind without feeling rushed.



The space

This two-story home is arranged for groups who want both shared spaces and private corners. The main living areas feel open and airy, offering comfortable seating and a large TV for relaxed evenings together. Downstairs, a 1,100 square foot game room adds energy to the stay with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and bar-style seating - a natural hub for friendly competition or casual downtime.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for up to 24 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find two king master suites, each with a private en suite bathroom. This level also includes two bunk rooms. One bunk room features a queen over queen bunk, a twin bunk, and a twin trundle. The second bunk room has two sets of twin bunks and a twin trundle. Two additional full bathrooms serve this floor. Upstairs, there is a king master suite with an en suite bathroom, along with another king bedroom that uses a hall bathroom. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a full sleeper sofa.



Outdoor living

A private pool offers a refreshing break from the beach, with pool heating available by request for an additional fee. The balcony provides a Gulf view and space to enjoy the coastal air, while easy beach access means you can reach the shoreline without crossing roads. Beach essentials are provided to make outings simple, and free parking on the premises keeps arrivals and departures stress-free.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen overlooks the beach and is designed to support group meals, with full appliances and ample space to cook and dine together. A large dining table brings everyone together, whether you’re sharing a homemade meal or planning the next day’s activities.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
