I was reluctant to stay in a condo but this company made me change my mind immediately! I was unaware when I booked the stay at Sandpiper Cove that the company we hooked through was not on site until we arrived and could not get into the room. I was told to await an email with the entry code but never got one?! I called the help number and a human actually picked up! She was delightful, spoke English and helped us in 2 minutes! She then texted to make sure everything was OK about 30 minutes later. Any questions I had I could call or text and they were great! I would recommend this booking and we will most definitely go back! We left items in the room and they understood how important the items were and got them UPSd to us. How much more could you want! The property is a little older and the water pressure is not the greatest but it is very clean, all the other travelers were super nice and the on site staff of the resort are nice as well.
