Fantastic hotel with outstanding staff situated close to many attractions. Clean, stylish with a great ambience. All reception staff from Zoe who checked us in to Davy who was very helpful with our cases leaving, all staff presented with excellent customer service skills. The pool and gym were also excellent. Will definitely return!

Location was great for walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. Hotel was clean and really lovely. Stayed with our 10 month old, all staff were so accommodating to us with her. Used the pool with our little girl which was great. We come to Edinburgh every year and this is the best hotel we’ve stayed in by miles.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing. The facilities were fantastic. My only observation was the shower. It was a bath/shower but did not have much space. But that is a very minor thing. I would recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again.

An excellent stay and well worth the extra! Staff were helpful and friendly without having to ask things were done for you. Pool and gym was a great space, rooms were comfortable and homely. The hotel had a lovely feel an atmosphere that you didn't want to leave.

From reception at the front door as the limo pulled up ..there were two bellmen outside opening the car door and escorting us to the front desk where reception and check in was friendly and seamless. Rooms well appointed and spotless. Service was excellent throughout our visit. Concierge stepped up to help with a problem and were always one step ahead. Baba bar ..Leon thé bartender attentive friendly and recommended thé perfect wine to pair with the appie we ordered. Location was perfect. Highly recommend
