The hotel was located in a very convenient area, loved how it had everything you need for your stay. Wish there was a way for it to be cleaned maybe every other day but other than that ot was a beautiful stay for me. Will definitely comeback

Nice spacious rooms and friendly staff. Walking distance to princes street and all the main attractions. Our room had a good sized bedroom, bathroom and another bed in the living area. Perfect for 3 adults. Kitchen had microwave, kettle, nespresso machine, fridge, dishwasher. Strange to have no hob, I was expecting one. Would be useful to have microwaveable bowls. Stayed 5 nights but note there was no cleaning or change of towels. Free laundry room on top floor was handy and well stocked with washing powder. I thought parking was available but we had to park elsewhere (and it was expensive!). Overall good location, nice hotel.

Our room was large and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but nothing that impacted our stay. The hotel is located very close to Princes Street (shopping), the Mound (views + Edinburgh Castle) and the Royal Mile, but without all the street noise that comes with those areas. Would definitely stay here again.

During our first night, half of the building, including our room, had no power. This meant we couldn’t charge our devices, which was particularly inconvenient given our short two-day stay. When we raised the issue, we were advised to sit in the hotel lobby to charge our devices — hardly an acceptable solution when you're on limited vacation time. We were provided with an email address for the manager, but after sending two emails and a follow-up, we received no response. The lack of communication and accountability from management was incredibly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. While the space itself was lovely, the hospitality was lacking, and the experience left us stressed during our time in Edinburgh. Fortunately, we were headed to the Highlands and didn’t have to stay long. For a property to ignore guests during a power outage — even for one night — is simply unacceptable. As a frequent traveler, I would caution others: if something goes wrong, don’t expect meaningful support or communication from this establishment.
