Lovely find, tucked away from main shops, but 5 min walk to Station. Really friendly staff, only there one night just before Christmas, hotel felt warm and cosy. Room and bathroom clean, bed super comfy. Would stop again.

A great little hotel, tucked away close to the amenities at the eastern end of Princes Street. Our room and en-suite were spacious and well equipped, bed comfortable, staff were lovely and the cooked breakfast was wonderful. And all this at a price that was lower on Expedia than most of the "budget" hotels in the area.

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming, they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and has a lovely home from home feeling.I would highly recommend this hotel and I am already looking forward to returning.
