Demand a complete refund as my wife and I were unable to sleep as "motion-detector" night light stayedon all night keeping the room lit. We called the front desk around 430 a.m. but no engineer or remedy was available. Also the room I purchased on Expedia had a balcony with a view and the room provided was not even close. So many hidden fees ($53 to park, $30 for arrival and a convenience for actuall tipping the valet, WOW! Will avoid this Marriott hotel at all costs.

From Check in to check out- one problem after another. First, room with blocked view ( regardless of booking ocean view room) the manager was able to make that switch . However after that Non working bathroom sliding door, TV wasn’t working - all our time on first night was for engineer to come and fix things who certainly wasn’t happy to fix things and rude The housekeeping staff forgot to clean our room twice in a row - they just replaced towels and that’s it. Dealt with Alex to book fishing trip and he Stood out with great customer service. Breakfast was worth it and the server was awesome. Location is convenient with easy access to beach. The manager gave us some points to make us feel better at the checkout but surely wasn’t even near to compensate for all the inconvenience.
