Hotel is great in theory. But rooms are tiny and they shoved a useless table and chairs in the corner, directly in front of the balcony entrance. Chairs on the balcony were stained and covered in mold. Bathroom shower had visible grime, and linens were tattered and stained. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

The rooms very clean and our view was great. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were very nice and knowledgeable about activities/dining. Only thing I was a little bothered by was the fact that the valet person gave inaccurate details on the parking service. I will book again but next time I’ll know exactly what to expect.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. We arrived three hours earlier than the check in time and they let us in into our room. They had very good breakfast which was part of their $30 destination fee. Included on that was as well 2hr bike rides, and the beach chairs at Ritz Carlton. Moreover, our flight was late at night, but the check out time was at 11am. The receptionist let us in our room till 1pm and then gave us access to the pool and other amenities till late afternoon. All of that at no charge! This is above and beyond! :)

Only had two elevators for a ten story hotel and one was out of service. Almost no storage in room which was large and had a nice balcony. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, Robert the bartender, the valets for the car) was excellent. The location is minutes from the beach and several restaurants and bars.
