I absolutely loved this property! The pool area was beautiful and always had an event going on. The staff were so nice and I really enjoyed my visit. I would love to thank the two clerk women front desk Bri and Ms MDJ. Always very knowable about any questions I had. Both went above and beyond to make me and my spouse feel welcomed. We will be back.

The entire front desk crew and house keeping are lairs. I lost my 18k gold necklace and I have proof that it is in the room, they are lying saying they can’t find it. I offered to go help look for it and they won’t let me. I’ve called since Sunday when I checked out and they all say they’re going to call me back and no one does. Not one person called me back to give me updates. I had to keep calling. The room we had had no AC and we informed front desk. They went up to fix it but it was never fixed. They stoled my gold necklace and don’t want to give it back because they can sell it. The house cleaning crew has it. This place has the worst customer service

First room we had smelled so bad and they couldn’t move us until the morning. We stayed overnight after they promised another room and the second room had roach and toilet leak. Also was hearing that parties caused people to leave from noise. I wouldn’t stay here again at all. On top of that was celebrating my gf bday which they made not comfortable for us.
