Traveling with a dog and finding a nice pet friendly hotel can be an issue. This was a good find where the room and staff were excellent. The only issue would be the dog walk area could be more clean. I think there might be a vagrance/homeless issue.

Everything was so dirty that we had to put a towel in the tub to take a shower. Breakfast was a cup oif bad coffe and a cup cake. Never again.

The staff so so involved with each other and was not as friendly as most hotels. Our bathroom was also not very clean. You could tell they did not sweep or vacuum the corners and there was hair and trash all in the corners of the room

The property was rated decent reviews within the pass month from several guest, it was nestled between a holiday inn and an embassy suite, in a decent location. The pictures advertised painted the place as being updated and well maintained. To our surprise it was somewhat rundown. We had a broken door that wouldn’t lock properly unless you slammed the door. Brought it to the attention of the on duty manager Alex so they could fix it before we returned back to the property. It was not dealt with. The individuals coming in and out of the property made you think otherwise about booking a stay there. With having little ones and the issue not being rectified in the timely manner, I decided to scrap the booking there and find another property to house my family. They were reluctant to refund the cost of both night voting that they could have moved me different rooms. At that point it was too late to rectify the situation.

It was an average stay. Room was nice but we went there for the kitchen & they were out of kitchen supplies we needed so we had to run to the Dollar Store to get supplies. Elevator was out for a short period while we were there. Nothing else was wrong with the room & it was convenient for where we needed to be.
