I stay here three or four times a year and have always been pleased. I'm disappointed that I have to ask for maid service every day. Their policy of maid service every other day is nonsense. For the price I pay for a room, I want clean towels and my bed made. At any rate, I requested maid service every day when I checked in, only to return to my room Monday night to an unserviced room. Very disappointed.

Accommodation was good. The receptionist, unspeakable rude to not just myself but to the other guests. Needs urgent training, does a great disservice to the Customer Service Industry. The lady who makes the breakfast, dare I repeat myself and say that these two ladies do not wish to be bothered by anyone. My husband dared to pick up a fork dropped by the breakfast attendant and she took the fork from him with nothing but a stare.
