The hotel was clean but the only place I had a clean issue was the Pool. The water had particles of different unclean substances in it. I therefore couldn’t stay in it for an extended time . No complaints of the food and beverage department and my room was clean and comfortable. I had no wash cloths but sufficient towels.

What I expect when i walk through the doors how well i get greeted and how easy it is to check in and both was great i got greeted soon as i walk through door my check in was fast and easy the clerk notice i was a hilton member he offer me snack so Kudos to the clerk exceptional customer service.
