It was so convenient being able to walk to nearby restaurants, the sports bar, and even the supermarket. Getting to the port was also a breeze—just a quick five-minute Uber ride. I highly recommend this option over the $15 per-person shuttle. An Uber is not only faster and more convenient but also much cheaper. For example, a regular ride was around $11. Since we had five people plus luggage, we booked a Premier SUV, and it still only cost $18. We scheduled the ride in advance, and it worked out perfectly.

The manager at this hotel was rude and has zero customer service. I made a mistake and booked the wrong hotel and the manager was not willing to give me the refund even though I still had not checked into the room. I told him it was an honest mistake and I could not stay there, he was rude and told me to get it right next time.

Best Staff

The staff was the most accommodating and nicest staff I have dealt with I think ever. Our flights got in too early (like 8:30am too early) for check in and they held our bags for us and let us hang out until a room was ready. I felt like an idiot and they treated us with such respect and absolutely no annoyance whatsoever as we were not guests just yet because couldn’t check in but treated us as such. When you’ve been traveling and are stressed from the day it’s so nice to have the staff be understanding and accommodating.

All as expected and staff/room were all good except that the shower control did not function properly as it was clearly broken. Maintenance guy was a dunce and did not understand how a shower valve works. Changed to a room down the hall that was just fine but noticed guests entering the room later in the day so obviously the hotel management didn’t care about fixing it.
