found pubic hair on towel was told that I needed to leave parking within 15 min of checking out was unable to eat breakfast at location staff at front desk was not as nice to us as other customers offering champagne and chips etc, I had to ask. felt pressured by the staff in attitudes

My only complaint was that the balcony was unusable for most of the day due to being in full sunlight for most of the day. Maybe this would be nice in winter, but it was entirely too hot to sit out there. If you are going to get a partial OV balcony, request one on the north side of the building to avoid the full sun all day!
