Completely unprofessional and disrespectful service I had a terrible experience at Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale. I called the hotel asking them to bring the food I had ordered and paid for to my room, and they refused, even though I was alone with three children, including a sick infant. The hotel manager hung up on me in my face, and the restaurant manager, Leo, forcibly took the food I had ordered and paid for, claiming it was not mine. I then returned to collect my remaining bag and asked them to bring the food to my room if it was confirmed to be mine, but they refused under any circumstances to assist me. The staff ridiculed me and treated me with disrespect. After threatening to remove me from the room, I requested a refund, and they refused to return any payment, insisting I could be removed from the hotel without my money back. This behavior was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel.

That hotel was very cute. Rooftop pool was very nice. The barn restaurant were excellent. Rooms are small not a lot of space. And the doors are very heavy so when people open them, it was very loud other than that. Nice location.

Room was good. Needed more chairs. Room 110 we could hear music playing from a speaker outside the kitchen area. Someone working in the kitchen area would be slamming stuff around at 6am and doors banging. We get up early but on vacation shouldn’t have it.

Cute rooms, great bars, absolutely amazing staff! Shoutout to bartenders Steven, Venessa, Akash, Kevin and Nicole! Bar/Restaurant manager Lio was so welcoming. Front desk staff were super impressive. Jeannot already knew my name when we walked in the door and gave us some great freebies. Tisha was super fun. Iris the manager was just absolutely amazing. Gave us great advice, fixed some weird charges and you'll want to be her best friend. Incredible stay and we'll be back over and over again for any pre or post cruise stay!

Loved every bit of my stay here. Everyone so friendly, room so clean. Pool and restaurant are top notch, fitness room very functional but with variety of machines and tools. Would stay here again in a second!

Photos are deceiving of the neighborhood/building that the hotel is in. The hotel is a converted motel. Large rooms and nice beds. Showers and bathrooms are generally nice, but little to no counter space for your toiletries. Just two blocks from the beach which is great for morning and evening walks

Very helpful staff, the hotel has nice South Beach architecture. Recommend the restaurant, but the Rooftop bar/pool is something to must-do. Great sunset, great cocktails! We had great overall experience!

Boutique hotel, so expect a smaller hotel experience. On the positive side that means you will get to know the staff and they will get to know you for your stay. That means a smaller feel, with better service. On the downside that means less ameneties than a larger hotel. The restaurant is very solid for a hotel and the roof top deck pool is beautiful. Great location! On the downside, I felt the room was a little older and it showed some wear and tear. Think high-end renovations to a small beach resort from the 1950s. That is this hotel. Great service and staff will do what they can to make your experience a good one!
