HORRIBLE SHOWER PRESSURE !! There were no shower caps ?? even though we were there 2 nights ,room was never serviced ,and no "do not clean sign was on door " The TV remote had no guide ,had to go channel by channel..

Restaurant not with many options. Area is terrible and not much fun things to do. A member of the staff there ripped off an iguanas tail right in front of us. It was cruel and we will not stay here again. Room Was never cleaned well when asked for housekeeping which is also very gross.
