Room was good and staff were pleasant. Only thing was that check-in and requests at front desk was a long process. Staff did not seem to be trained properly and couldn't multi-task. We were only one night and would not stay much longer as it is by no means resort like. Served our purpose as just a place to crash for one night McDonald's across the street for coffee was a bonus and a few shops near-by.

Roaches in room 215. MOLD filled bathrooms, drapes, lampshades, backboards where they tried to bleach the mold away. We were moved from room 216, filled with mold and musty smells, then room 106, even worse, then moved to room 316. Then we get a knock on the door from manger saying they are moving us BACK to original room 216 and that they hired a professional cleaning service to clean room. But what actually happened was they rented out the room to another couple who we saw leaving the next morning. We spoke to them. They also complained to manager about mold and ended up booking another hotel. Homeless people knocking on doors in the middle of the night. We called security. And there was yelling etc sounded like a pretty big argument. When we went to front desk next morning about what happened, we were told no one was doing anything. My kids were at pool and approached by a homeless person because there is NO security. Everyone and anyone has easy access to the grounds and hotel rooms. Police activity another night. A man on the third floor balcony staring disturbingly at my daughter. When I told him to please stop. He said “ I live here for three months, I can do what I want” and he blew her a kiss. A maid knocked once and only once did not wait for a response that it was ok to come in to room and walked in on my daughter in law getting out of tub. Each time we complained to management we were told we were lying, or that it didn’t happen etc. UNSAFE!!

Room was remodeled and very clean. We loved the suite to have separated spaces when one was sleeping. Microwave and refridgerator in the room was very convenient as was having the Bamboo Tiki Bar across the street for drinks, food and beach chairs. I wish they had a hot tub and a bar/restaurant on site would have made it 5 stars.

The room was clean and was OK for our one night stay. I do feel like I was misled. I was under the impression this place was on the beach. It is not. It’s across the street. The motel is outdated. The outside has a run down look to it, in my opinion. Personally, I expected something entirely different for 315.00 a night. Just being honest

Our stay was okay overall, but the room could really use a heater it was freezing during our visit. I know it’s not always that cold, but we happened to come during record-breaking weather. The news mentioned it hadn’t been that cold in 15 years! The remote control was also very sticky; I used my own Clorox wipes and it came off quite dirty. The showerhead had some mold and probably needs to be replaced. On the positive side, the location was great close to the beach and fine for a two night stay. It would also be nice if the hotel added a washer and dryer for guests. We were headed on a cruise and needed to wash some clothes after those couple of days there. The staff is pretty nice.

A perfect little getaway spot! It’s exactly what you pay for in a good way. A little old looking but it had all the amenities and was clean. Great location to get to many places! Beach is super super close which was a plus! Pool was nice and the chairs around it were perfect! Would recommend.
