I think this property is closing to built a new building, because it is completed outdated, and personal is kind of rude...nothing to do with the area around it...

Could have been better

The room was very dirty. We had to wipe everything down before being able to use the bathroom. The room was very dark with little lighting. There was no remote control for the tv. When I went to the front desk to ask for a remote the lady said she would get to it when she could but never did. The closet door was off the hinges and the bathroom door was very hard to close. This is not my usual experience. I wish for the price I paid it would have been better.

Every staff member was so helpful and so friendly made me feel welcome . i will definitely come back to this hotel . i am sure after renovations it will be amazing this hotel is in a prime location and i felt very safe . This hotel may not look the greatest lots of reno'sneeded but it gives you so much to enjoy your stay . I will be back to this hotel next time i am in lauderdale .

Did not ending up staying because my room was DISGUSTING. Toilets were not even flushed. Dead roaches in every corner. Ac unit looked like it was pumping out moldy air. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Demanded a refund and went elsewhere immediately.

THE GOOD its Cheap, Close to the Ocean, and has easy parking ( which is free) at the back of the facility. THE BAD The hotel is extremely dated. They basically put a fency around an old hotel. The room I had had 1 accessible electrical outlet to charge my devices and that was in the bathrooom. The cost of my room was $ 101.00 and they required a $ 100.00 depost. Most hotels charge $20 for incidentals. THE UGLY While I was there a couple next door had a wild party, smoked pot and did the hokey pokey from 3am to 5:30am. They were loud and the walls were so thin, I could hear every detail of thier activities. The 2nd day I wad there I wss approached by a homeless guy who literally just got out of prison. He wanted money. He was very insistant. So overall I would give the hotel a 5 out of 10

Old, dingy, dated. Although location is across from the beach and they have free parking, don’t stay here unless you have to or have limited options. Don’t know why they don’t remodel this place. Could be great if they did.

Disgusting, dirty, this property is falling apart. Stay away as possible. Photos in the website must be very old as it is not what you get when you arrive even the front desk/lobby is very different. If you book prepare to be disappointed.

Very old and outdated. Also felt very unsafe at this location. I arrived at noon to their guest parking lot where I witnessed a guy drinking vodka outside his car and another guy passed out in his car. Would not recommend this place. They need to tear it down and put up a whole new facility with better security.

This was the absolute worst hotel!! Room was filthy and old. Bathroom was atrocious! Not only dirty, but so old and unkept. Worst experience!! Luckily was only there one night before cruise. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Pictures do not look like the actual properly.
